June 2018 - Jane Addams District Update

Carol H. Fisher, LCSW

My Farewell Jane Addams Update

I want to thank all of you for your help and enthusiasm for encouraging programming and networking in the Jane Addams District over the past five years. I leave you in the capable hands of Pat Schofield who brings an additional expertise in school social work and rural practice to our mix. I expect to continue to see many of you at various events in the district and at state conferences!

We will continue the Private Practice Forum, an informal meeting of private practioners, at our monthly breakfast meetings in Rockford. The forum meets at 7:30am. at Johnny Pamcakes on the 4th Tuesday of each month to discuss practice building and refining. While I cannot meet with you in June, I look forward to seeing you all at future breakfasts.

Also, I will be working with Pat and Daniel Sommer for Part 2 of his presentation on Choosing Civility.  His first presentation was very well received, and we look forward to the next step of practice applications.

Fondly, Carol
